Sizzling Siren Shruti Haasan took double responsibility for Mahesh Babu. She performed as well as crooned a song in Superstar’s ‘Aagadu’. Shruti sung mass number ‘Naa Ooru Anakapalli... Nenu Vesukunta Jarada Killi’ composed by Thaman. Currently, the song is being shot in a set erected in Hyderabad. Shruti Haasan was paid bomb and this song is said to be one of major attractions in hilarious mass action entertainer.
This is first time Shruti is working opposite Mahesh Babu and considered for Dookudu star’s next movie with director Koratala Siva. Apart from Telugu and Tamil films, Shruti is making a mark in Bollywood. Post success of D Day, she is now working for couple of Hindi films.
Star heroines performing on item numbers is not new to Bollywood, but South heroines are feared as only fade out and offer-less heroines prefer to accept them here. Even, Tamanna was criticized for accepting special song in Alludu Seenu. Will Shruti change this equation with Aagadu song?
